Caption Competition

Well, 'competition' is probably the wrong word.

However, the Codebreakers got their Christmas photos developed, and are smitten with this pair.

But they're looking for a suitable caption...

How about: "Oh come on, you didn't even WRAP it..."

HAHAHA!! That is brilliant.

Do you think it will stand up to it?

These are great - I shall present them to the Codebreakers this weekend...

Although they couldn't decide on an outright winner, they laughed till they wheezed, and realised their suggestions had been rather tame :)

"See, if I squeeze it just so, it does look like a little Elf..."

HA HA!! Oh they'll love that.

Mr C is getting into ruder captions now. Over wine today he said his latest was 'I've never seen fur come that far down on a lady'.

Hope the competition is still open

A - Inona izany?
B - Tsinona.
A - Tsinona?
B - Tsi'nona, tsi'nona fa rava'quinine...

Probably too obscure for you Orlaith.

That is brilliant!

So, for those who may not have neighbours who can translate from Malagasy:
A) What's that?
B) Nothing.
A) Nothing?
B) Nothing, just a eucalyptus leaf.

It's a kind of refrain when a child says 'What?', like the equivalent of 'Did your mother never tell you not to say what?'

Mr C said the fuller version was 'Tsi'nona, tsi'nona fa rava'quinine: dadanao an' zana masinina'.

Talk about an in-joke!!
